Classic 1930's semi found all over the Botley area. We did a whole house retrofit a few years ago including:

• external wall insulation,
• triple glazing,
• underfloor heating,
• low energy radiators,
• air source heat pump,
• induction hob (no longer have a gas supply to the house),
• NEW: Solar PV (3.6kWp) and battery (5.2kWh)!

We have a beautiful green roof and lots of wildlife and planet friendly things happening in the garden, as well as in the house. Also lots of other energy saving/monitoring gadgets and tips to share!
