Ø  Two electric cars (one plug in hybrid, one fully electric) charged in summer from solar only,

Ø  Economy 7 electricity supply (Octopus) charges battery overnight in winter,

Ø  Water management: six water butts (~700 litres),

Ø  Leaky pipe embedded watering system for reduced evaporation night watering,

Ø  Low energy loss double glazing throughout,

Ø  2.5 acre wildflower meadow designated a priority habitat by Natural England.
